Information We Collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, area of interest, and message, along with whether you opted in to text messages and the date and time you did. If you purchase an education program, payment is processed by our payment provider and we receive your name, email, and the program purchased.
How We Use It
We use your information solely to respond to your request and to provide the services you ask about. We use your phone number to contact you about your inquiry and, only if you opted in, to send the text messages described below. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.
Cookies & Tracking
We do not use analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not build advertising profiles about you. The fonts on this site are served from our own servers, so no third-party font requests are made when you browse.
Third-Party Services
A few trusted providers help us run the site. Contact form inquiries and the text messages you opt in to are managed through our customer relationship platform, GoHighLevel (LeadConnector). Cloudflare Turnstile protects our contact form from spam and bots. Some pages embed videos from YouTube using its privacy-enhanced mode; YouTube may set cookies only if you press play, and its use is governed by Google's privacy policy. Payments for education programs are processed by Stripe, which handles your card details directly (we never see or store full card numbers). Emails are delivered through Resend. Each provider processes only the data needed to perform its function.
Text Messaging (SMS)
If you check a text messaging box on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from Bommarito Performance Systems at the phone number you provided: automated reminders and service-based messages, and, only if you check that separate box, marketing and promotional messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP or OUT at any time to opt out, or text HELP to +1 (954) 982-8684 for assistance.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Children
Our youth programs are arranged by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Choices
You can ask us to access or delete the information you submitted through the site by emailing info@bommaritoperformance.com. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP or OUT.
